Warren R. Wilkinson joined Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airways Holdings' primary subsidiary in August of 2001 as the airlines Vice President of Government Affairs & Corporate Communications. In December of 2002 he was named Vice President of Government Affairs & Corporate Communications for Republic Airways Holdings and its subsidiaries. In addition, he is responsible for Marketing and Administration.

Mr. Wilkinson has over 17 years of corporate communications and marketing experience. He served as Deputy General Manager and Senior Vice President of Edelman Public Relations Worldwide. Mr. Wilkinson held senior marketing and communications positions for several regional airlines including Mesaba Airlines, United Express carriers Westair/NPA, and Aspen Airways. Mr. Wilkinson sits on the Board of the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association and the Purdue University School of Aviation Technology Advisiory Board.
