Jan is Vice President of Customer Experience and Technology for Frontier Airlines, Republic’s branded carrier. This key position leverages strategic initiatives to ensure that people, process and technology deliver a brand promise built on consistency and service excellence.

A 22-year veteran of the airline industry, Jan has a wide range of experience in customer service, training and technology development. Prior to her current position, she served in a number of management positions at Frontier Airlines, including senior director of station operations. In this role Jan managed all Frontier operations outside its Denver hub, including more than 60 cities in four countries, with responsibility for the company’s charter operations, cargo sales and quality assurance groups. She also led the effort to implement the company’s AirFairs bundled fare product in 2008.

In addition to Frontier Airlines, Jan has utilized her extensive technology expertise in a variety of companies, including ComputerLand, Continental Airlines and TravelSmart of New Zealand. Born and raised in New Zealand, Jan attended the University of Canterbury, where she majored in Marketing. She has received extensive training in computer languages, operating systems, database and software applications and airline CRS systems.

Jan lives in Denver with husband and two grown children.
