Welcome to Name Your Price, a great new way to bid for airline travel
on Shuttle America. Name Your Price allows you to enter in your travel information, the range of times you are willing to travel, and bid what you would like to pay for your airline tickets.

• The price which you submit is for travel each way. If you enter in roundtrip travel information, your bid price will be doubled, if your bid is accepted.
• Shuttle America allows you to submit a preference of times of when you would like to travel (morning, afternoon, evening or anytime). The larger the range of time you provide, the greater your chances of having the bid accepted. Time preferences are based on DEPARTURE TIME. Currently, Shuttle America does not accept bids for specific flights. If you need to fly at specific times, please call our reservations department at 1-888-999-FARE to book your flights.

• Time Preferences are designated as follows:

• Shuttle America generally does not accept bids below our 21-day advance fares in each market. If your bidding date is close to your traveling dates, higher fares are more frequently accepted.
• The bid price does not include taxes, surcharges and passenger facility charges. These charges will be added to your bid price, once your bid has been accepted. A Federal Excise Tax of $2.50 ($2.75 as of January 1, 2001) will be added to each segment, Passenger Facility Charges vary by airport and can be up to $6 each way. A fuel surcharge of $5.00 will also be added to your bid for each segment. A segment is defined as a take off and landing.
• If your bid is for more than one passenger, your bid price is per person (each way).

• It is vital that your email address is entered correctly. Please verify your email address before submitting your bid, as this is our primary form of communication for Name Your Price bids. Shuttle America is not responsible for customers who do not submit all information correctly.
• Name Your Price is a credit card only transaction site. 
• All users must confirm that all of their bid information is entered correctly before submitting their bid to Shuttle America.
• Shuttle America will respond to your bid as soon as possible. The longest you will wait for a response is 48 hours. In most cases, Shuttle America will respond to your bid request within 24 hours, and often even sooner.
• As with other Shuttle America tickets, all Name Your Price tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any changes made to an Internet bid will require a $25 change fee, plus the difference in the current Shuttle America fares at the time of the change. A bid which is cancelled will result in a voucher being issued, minus the $25 service fee per passenger.
• Bids made on Name Your Price are for travel within the next 3-21 days. Please do not submit bids outside of this window of time.
