Shuttle America - Station Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide managerial oversight of Station employees to include compliance with all safety and service standards
Responsible for the reporting of Station budgets
Responsible for the efficient operation and performance of the station
Position will work with all levels of the company to achieve on time goals and create a positive work environment
Provide oversight of all station employees to ensure that the customers are provided with safe and reliable transportation in a courteous and professional manner
Position will perform disciplinary action as needed
Monitor and update staff with computer enhancements, company policies and FARís security regulations and requirements
- One year of experience as a Station Supervisor/Lead position.
- Direct experience with Station operations is required.
- Position requires demonstrated strong leadership abilities and organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Flexible availability is required i.e., (weekends, days, evenings and holidays).
