Shuttle America - Station Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide managerial oversight of Station employees to include compliance with all safety and service standards
  • Responsible for the reporting of Station budgets
  • Responsible for the efficient operation and performance of the station
  • Position will work with all levels of the company to achieve on time goals and create a positive work environment
  • Provide oversight of all station employees to ensure that the customers are provided with safe and reliable transportation in a courteous and professional manner
  • Position will perform disciplinary action as needed
  • Monitor and update staff with computer enhancements, company policies and FARís security regulations and requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a Station Supervisor/Lead position.
  • Direct experience with Station operations is required.
  • Position requires demonstrated strong leadership abilities and organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability is required i.e., (weekends, days, evenings and holidays).
