Shuttle America - Customer Service Agent


The Customer Service Agents responsibility is to establish a professional and favorable image between Shuttle America and its passengers while giving high priority to customer safety and satisfaction. This also includes, acting as a liaison to the Captain, Flight Attendants, Dispatch and the gate to ensure on time gate performance.

This Position Reports to the Station Manager


Must be 18 years of age.

Successful completion on Shuttle America training course with a performance standard of 85% or above.

Performance of Ramp Duties, i.e. (loading baggage, servicing aircraft).

Available and flexible to work various shifts, including night, weekends and holidays.

Drug Test Required


Must adhere to appearance standards.

Must uphold standards of attendance.

Must ensure the safety of the customer, aircraft, flight crew and self at all times.

Must adhere to all company / airport policies and procedures.
